1. Find the product offer you want (either on Snatter.com or a link on a retailers own site)
2. Follow the instructions to make a quick tweet or Facebook status update about the product or service you are looking to purchase.
3. Get the discount code displayed and sent to you, then use it to purchase for less than you would normally have

(That's it, told you it was easy)

Retailers or merchants looking to benefit from Social marketing

1. Create a free Snatter account and open a campaign.
2. Create your discount offer code (assumes your own website allows you to create and accept discount codes - we can manage multiple unique codes you give us to keep the offer exclusive)
3. Enter basic details including the discount offered, your discount code(s), web address for the product and the text you want customers to include in their tweet or Facebook update
4. Put the offer link on your product page and tell customers about it (it will appear on Snatter.com but we'll also Tweet the offers to @SnatterOffers and your own Twitter account)
5. Customers will see your offer and tweet or update their Facebook with details of your offer in order to get your discount code.
6. Watch the word spread, make more sales and manage the offers from your Snatter account.
